Descriptio

ANTIPEG 100 is a concrete mixture composed of chloride-free chemical compounds, which shortens the setting and stiffening temperature of fresh concrete. This feature provides early stripping and minimizes the risk of frost exposure by increasing initial forces without lowering the working suitability and late strength of concrete in all kinds of environmental conditions, especially in cold weather conditions.

Field of application

• In all classes of ready-mixed concrete described in EN 206 and EN 13515

• In concrete applications carried out in cold weather;

• In concretes requiring early stripping;

• In concretes requiring early high strength.

Advantages

• It increases the hydration temperature of concrete and maintains early adjustment.

• By lowering the freezing point of concrete water, it helps protect concrete from freezing effects.

• It does not include chloride ions. Does not cause corrosion to the paraphernalia.

• It increases the early strength of concrete.

Utilisatio

• ANTIPEG 100 can be used in concrete parts manufactured up to + 5 °C. In concrete castings that must be manufactured at a temperature below the indicated temperature, additional protective measures (insulated molds, protective cover, etc.) must be caught in concrete pouring in cold climatic conditions. • ANTIPEG 100 is ready to use as a liquid for mixing fresh concrete. It is recommended to add it to the mixing water in the ready-mix concrete production plant.

Standards

• ANTIPEG 100: EN 934-2 Table 6 ASTM C 494 Pointe C.

Consumption

It is recommended that the total binder existing in each type of concrete class mixture design described in standards  EN 206 and EN 13515 be used between the rates of 0.5% and 3% in terms of weight.

Storage conditions

The product must be stored above -100 °C. In the event that the product freezes, it must be thoroughly mixed mechanically after thawing for restitution. It is for sale as a 25 kg plastic drum, 200 kg drums, 1000 kg plastic boxes, and in bulk.

Compatibility

ANTIPEG 100 is compatible with the construction chemicals PLASTPEG, Airpeg, Antipeg, Retardpeg, Proofpeg, Specialpeg of PEGASUS, For its compatibility information with other additives, it is advisable to consult the pegasus technical support unit If more than one additive substance is used on the design of the mixture, each substance must be added to the mixture separately. It can be used with all types of cement compatible with antipeg 100, EN 197-1 and all mineral additives (fly ash, blast furnace slag, silica fumes, etc.) compatible with EN 206 and EN 13515. For use on special precaution types of cement use , it is recommended to consult the PEGASUS Technical Support Unit. The Adjuvant must be away from the skin and eyes. In case of contact, it should be washed with water. Goggles / gloves / masks should be used when using the mixture. The Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) should be read for detailed information.
