CEMPEG GA is designed as a grinding aid for cement additives in the cement industry. In addition to conventional grinding facilitators, it has a positive effect on grinder yield and cement flow.

Characteristics

CEMPEG GA reduces the electrical attraction between cement additives and cement particles, prevents agglomeration and increases the hydration rate of cement.

Advantages of use

• The amount of crushed cement increases at the exit of the factory.

• The fineness of the cement is reduced by 10-25% and / or unit costs of energy and grinding are reduced.

Utilisatio

The rate of use of additives varies from 0.020% to 0.150% in tonnes. In the light of laboratory studies, it is recommended to determine the proportions of clinker and other additives, its effect on grinding, its effect on setting times, mortar flow and compressive strengths of cement.

Storage conditions

The product should be stored above 5 °C. In the event that the product freezes, it must be thoroughly mixed mechanically after thawing for restitution. It is on sale in a 1,000 kg plastic tank (“IBC”) and in bulk.

Precaution of use
