FIBERPEG MIC 6 is a polyamide-based micro-reinforcement system that minimizes shrinkage and shrinkage cracks in ready-mix concrete and shotcrete applications, plaster and screed applications, and serves as a secondary reinforcement.

Features
• Unlike other synthetic fibers, its moisture retention is 5%. The moisture retained in the fibers at the fresh concrete stage is returned to the concrete as the concrete is taken, which has an internal hardening effect.

Use and quantity
FIBERPEG MIC 6, should be added gradually and slowly to the mixture in the mixer or mixer at the concrete plant. The mixture should be prepared as follows;
• Aggregate, water and cement are mixed.
• During mixing, FIBERPEG MIC 6 is added and mixed for at least 7 to 10 minutes.
• To easily use the mixture, it is recommended to use a super plasticizing concrete mixture instead of adding water. (The addition of FIBERPEG MIC 6 does not change the concrete mix and additive ratios.) It is recommended to use FIBERPEG MIC 6 in a ratio of 0.6-1.8 kg per m3. This ratio varies depending on the components used in the design of the concrete mixture. Therefore, laboratory tests should be performed based on the expected properties of fresh concrete and hardened concrete before the utilization rate is determined and the mixing ratio should be determined based on these experiments.

Storage conditions
The product must be stored above 5°C in its original packaging. The lifespan is unlimited when stored in a dry, protected and ventilated environment, away from the sun, rain and frost. It is available in packages of 600 and 900 grams soluble in water.
