Amount of Usage
It is recommended to use the total binder in the design of the mixture in a range of 0.5% to 1.5% by weight for all concrete grades described in EN 206 and EN 13515. This ratio varies depending on the cement, aggregate, mineral additive, water components used in the design of concrete mixtures, as well as the desired properties of fresh and hardened concrete. Therefore, laboratory tests should be performed based on the expected properties of fresh concrete and hardened concrete before the utilization rate is determined and the mixing ratio should be determined based on these experiments.
Storage conditions and
The product should be stored above 5 °C. In case of freezing, the product must be mechanically mixed carefully after thawing. Available in 25 kg barrels, 200 kg barrels, 1,000 kg IBC tanks and bulk.
Compatibility
PLASTPEG 200/200 S/200 W is compatible with Hyperpeg, Airpeg, Antipeg, Retarpeg, Proofpeg, Specialpeg PEGASUS Series. The PEGASUS Technical Support Unit should be contacted for information on compliance with other additives. If more than one additive is to be used in the desired mixture design, each additive must be added separately to the mixture. PLASTPEG 200 / 200 S / 200 W can be used with all types of cement according to EN 197-1. For use in special types of cement, it is recommended to call on PEGASUS technical support.
